Boat Ride from Portofino

Anyone know how long the boat ride is from the Portofino? Is it quicker than walking? How about the shuttle or bus, which I believe they also have?

It is quicker than walking, Portofino is pretty far from the parks. The ride is also relaxing and you dont have to wait that long to get a boat, the come every 5 to 10 mins. As for the shuttles I dont know about those, sorry.

Whatever you do DO NOT wait for those busses! They go like to the waterparks and crap and they take like 2 hours to get to your hotel! The boat comes like every 5 minutes so take the boat!

if you're going to the parks, it's always best to use the boats, they come in every 5 to 10 minutes. but when you're going back, I found it's faster to walk...or you could take the boat to Hard Rock and walk from there.

thanks, that'll also help me...I'm staying at Portofino in a about alittle under a month and I was wondering that myself...My first time staying on site too!!! I ready had my fun with Disney last week....So my much missed and beloved Universal here I come!

Hope you guys have a great time! I've heard nothing but good things about Portofino Bay, it is one of the nicest hotels in the area.
