Boardwalk villas refurbishment

Hey everyone!
We are traveling next month to boardwalk villas and I understand there is currently an extensive refurbishment going on. Has anyone stayed there within the last couple of weeks? I'm wondering when the outside painting will be all done, and also if all of he villas are renovated or if there is a chance we won't get one that is renovated? Is it very noisy? Not that we will let it interfere with our stay but just want to know what we are in for!! Thanks!! ( I know flying fish will be closed and of course the sweet shop is closed to make room for the new ice cream shop)

Disney's Boardwalk Resort

• Flying Fish Cafe will be closed from Feb 2016 through 9/30/2016. A renovated dining room and new kitchen area will be part of the remodel.
• Exterior repair and painting- 8/17/2015-5/5/2016
• Boardwalk Villas- renovations through Spring 2016
• ESPN Club: Yard Arcade and Retail- closed to make way for a new experience. ESPN Club dining area is still open.
• Seashore Sweets- closed to make way for new experience.

Does anyone know if the refurbishment on the clown slide is finished? Last time we were there the slide was closed.
