Reasons why?:
1-I think it's time for Tinker Bell to return to Town Square, even if her direct to DVD movies(the reason why Tink can talk) aren't as relevant as they once were, she's still a beloved character from the world of Peter Pan.
2-Cinderella needs a new "visiting" princess, because not everyone knows who Princess(or Queen(sorry, if I spoiled the finale of EoA) Elena is, due to the fact that her show ended in 2020 and she's nowhere near as popular as she was in 2016-17, nor as popular as Cinderella, that's why some would bypass Cinderella in general, because they don't want to meet a character from a "baby show", even though it's above average for a TV-Y rated show(yeah, she would still be in the parks, but in a less prominent spot), her show doesn't air on reruns anymore, her series isn't a chart topper on Disney Plus, and the merchandise for this character is pretty much slim now where the only Elena of Avalor merch sold at the parks are the dresses(no pins, no dolls, no plush, nothing), and if Wish does end up being a smash hit rather than being "Strange World/Lightyear" levels of a flop, Asha(despite showing no signs of being a princess) would also make her way to the Hall
3-It's Gaston's time to return to the Magic Kingdom on a daily basis

4-I think it was time for Olaf to leave Celebrity Spotlight(as it was supposed to be a spot for rotating characters, NOT unlike the former Animation Building(he was there for almost EIGHT years by this point), as he would move to Epcot, and also, Anna & Elsa can't be in their "promotional" Frozen II attire forever

Reasons why?:
1-Sightings are irrelevant in a post social distancing era of the resort
2-The Rescue Rangers were taken from us too soon, Chip n Dale weren't supposed to return to their socially distanced spot in July, and yet how does Fancy Nancy still have a daily meet and greet at WDW(her show got cancelled), while the Rescue Rangers don't?
3-I know Sofia ended in 2018 and I know they've moved on from this classic DJR character, but her Universe will have a new spin-off show and even if Sofia doesn't make any appearances on that show, it's time for her to make a major comeback to DHS, and say bye bye to Nancy(who took Sofia's spot five yrs ago), also, I know Mira Royal Detective ended in 2022 after a short run, but compared to the other DJR characters offered at the park now, she's newer, and she did make rare sightings between 2020 and 2021, but no daily meetable appearance, so this would have to change with this "What If?" scenario
4-Chewbacca can't be at both Launch Bay and Galaxy's Edge at the same time, so if Launch Bay is willing to continue for the foreseeable future?, just have The Mandalorian and Darth Vader be the only two characters at this "filler" attraction as its days will eventually be numbered as a placeholder for Galaxy's Edge until that opened(I know Disney is obsessed with SW, I know Chewie is a popular character from the universe), but even I will admit that it's time to close up shop, as for now, Launch Bay stays as a watered down version of its pre-2020 self, with just an iconic baddie from the OG trilogy and an iconic character from a Disney Plus show as meetable characters and that's it(with the rest being exclusive to Galaxy's Edge, yes even the much despised Rey)
5-Even though it ended this year, even though Disney wants nothing to do with this amazing show, even if they want to move on from it, even if that bill won't allow this to happen, it's time to bring something from The Owl House to the parks, and in a way that wouldn't cost billions to make, a meet and greet with the fan favorite couple, LUMITY(Luz Noceda and Amity Blight) at the Walt Disney Presents walkthrough, taking the spot of Ariel from the recent Little Mermaid film(even though TOH isn't as popular to the general public as that new film), as her time on land would be up, and a new set of face characters(Lumity wouldn't be non-face characters like the DJR characters) take up shop in a nicely made backdrop of the Owl House itself
6-Elemental(regardless of what you'll say about the movie) was a fan favorite, it was popular on Disney+, it didn't become a Lightyear-like box office disaster(even if it had a weak opening weekend(thanks Flash...), and Ember & Wade are costumed characters seen at the film's premiere, it wouldn't be shocking if they actually come to WDW(and Disneyland) eventually
7-The Ghost & Molly McGee(even if it does end up prematurely get canned after season 2) is an episodic series that has a solid chance of being in the parks, even after the show wraps up(DuckTales has gotten some decent theme park love, even after the 2017 series prematurely ended), I think it would start with a Molly McGee meet and greet
8-Moon Girl made appearances at Disneyland for a few months, and made special sightings at the New York Comic Con, so the Disney TV Animation version of the character doesn't seem to be affected by the infamous Universal/Marvel park rights, so I think Lunella would have to make appearances on the east coast too(she does have a higher chance of being at WDW than ANY of the Avengers and Spidey, where they're like 0%, as they're at IOA)
9-Phineas and Ferb are coming back in 2024, they've made appearances in the past, they were popular, they had tons of merchandise, they're still on reruns, they're popular on Disney Plus(unlike most other DTVA shows that ended/wrapped up), and they WILL have to need to make a comeback on a daily basis, not just for rare sightings or special events
10-Like I said before, the Celebrity Spotlight meet and greet was supposed to be the spot where characters would be rotated in and out every few months like at the former Magic of Disney Animation when the spot opened in 2016, so I think it would be the time to rotate the lovable snowman out and bring in Disney's newest phenomenon from Encanto, BRUNO(even if we don't talk about him), in his first WDW meetable appearance at the parks(after being featured in the Adventure Friends Cavalcade to backlash)

3-Tod and Copper deserve to be meetable like Thumper and Miss Bunny in the past
4-Raya deserves to be meetable at WDW, it would make since to be at the Asia area where Baloo and Louie once were
5-Jose and Panchito are some of Donald Duck's best friends, so it would make sense for them to be in Dinoland USA(on its possible last legs/months/year-year 1/2)
6-Let's NOT phase out the flotillas completely due to popular demand, instead it would feature "new" friends, like the Pooh characters, Lilo and Stitch, and the bunny/fox couple from Zootopia, as well as the addition of Max with Pluto and Max's dad, Goofy on the Dino Bash flotilla

Reasons why?:
1-Sightings are irrelevant in a post social distancing era of the resort
2-The Rescue Rangers were taken from us too soon, Chip n Dale weren't supposed to return to their socially distanced spot in July, and yet how does Fancy Nancy still have a daily meet and greet at WDW(her show got cancelled), while the Rescue Rangers don't?
3-I know Sofia ended in 2018 and I know they've moved on from this classic DJR character, but her Universe will have a new spin-off show and even if Sofia doesn't make any appearances on that show, it's time for her to make a major comeback to DHS, and say bye bye to Nancy(who took Sofia's spot five yrs ago), also, I know Mira Royal Detective ended in 2022 after a short run, but compared to the other DJR characters offered at the park now, she's newer, and she did make rare sightings between 2020 and 2021, but no daily meetable appearance, so this would have to change with this "What If?" scenario
4-Chewbacca can't be at both Launch Bay and Galaxy's Edge at the same time, so if Launch Bay is willing to continue for the foreseeable future?, just have The Mandalorian and Darth Vader be the only two characters at this "filler" attraction as its days will eventually be numbered as a placeholder for Galaxy's Edge until that opened(I know Disney is obsessed with SW, I know Chewie is a popular character from the universe), but even I will admit that it's time to close up shop, as for now, Launch Bay stays as a watered down version of its pre-2020 self, with just an iconic baddie from the OG trilogy and an iconic character from a Disney Plus show as meetable characters and that's it(with the rest being exclusive to Galaxy's Edge, yes even the much despised Rey)
5-Even though it ended this year, even though Disney wants nothing to do with this amazing show, even if they want to move on from it, even if that bill won't allow this to happen, it's time to bring something from The Owl House to the parks, and in a way that wouldn't cost billions to make, a meet and greet with the fan favorite couple, LUMITY(Luz Noceda and Amity Blight) at the Walt Disney Presents walkthrough, taking the spot of Ariel from the recent Little Mermaid film(even though TOH isn't as popular to the general public as that new film), as her time on land would be up, and a new set of face characters(Lumity wouldn't be non-face characters like the DJR characters) take up shop in a nicely made backdrop of the Owl House itself
6-Elemental(regardless of what you'll say about the movie) was a fan favorite, it was popular on Disney+, it didn't become a Lightyear-like box office disaster(even if it had a weak opening weekend(thanks Flash...), and Ember & Wade are costumed characters seen at the film's premiere, it wouldn't be shocking if they actually come to WDW(and Disneyland) eventually
7-The Ghost & Molly McGee(even if it does end up prematurely get canned after season 2) is an episodic series that has a solid chance of being in the parks, even after the show wraps up(DuckTales has gotten some decent theme park love, even after the 2017 series prematurely ended), I think it would start with a Molly McGee meet and greet
8-Moon Girl made appearances at Disneyland for a few months, and made special sightings at the New York Comic Con, so the Disney TV Animation version of the character doesn't seem to be affected by the infamous Universal/Marvel park rights, so I think Lunella would have to make appearances on the east coast too(she does have a higher chance of being at WDW than ANY of the Avengers and Spidey, where they're like 0%, as they're at IOA)
9-Phineas and Ferb are coming back in 2024, they've made appearances in the past, they were popular, they had tons of merchandise, they're still on reruns, they're popular on Disney Plus(unlike most other DTVA shows that ended/wrapped up), and they WILL have to need to make a comeback on a daily basis, not just for rare sightings or special events
10-Like I said before, the Celebrity Spotlight meet and greet was supposed to be the spot where characters would be rotated in and out every few months like at the former Magic of Disney Animation when the spot opened in 2016, so I think it would be the time to rotate the lovable snowman out and bring in Disney's newest phenomenon from Encanto, BRUNO(even if we don't talk about him), in his first WDW meetable appearance at the parks(after being featured in the Adventure Friends Cavalcade to backlash)

Reasons why?:
1-It's time to bring the DuckTales, Up, and Lion King characters back on the land, the characters listed are all iconic and timeless, especially the latter two listed
2-Kiff has been getting some top ratings and has threaded on Disney Plus for quite a while now(even if her show isn't as good as some of Disney TV Animation's greatest achievements)
3-Tod and Copper deserve to be meetable like Thumper and Miss Bunny in the past
4-Raya deserves to be meetable at WDW, it would make since to be at the Asia area where Baloo and Louie once were
5-Jose and Panchito are some of Donald Duck's best friends, so it would make sense for them to be in Dinoland USA(on its possible last legs/months/year-year 1/2)
6-Let's NOT phase out the flotillas completely due to popular demand, instead it would feature "new" friends, like the Pooh characters, Lilo and Stitch, and the bunny/fox couple from Zootopia, as well as the addition of Max with Pluto and Max's dad, Goofy on the Dino Bash flotilla
