Birthdays at Universal...

Does anyone know if Universal does anything special if you're there for your birthday (sort of like what Disney does)? I'll be down there this October for HHN, as well as my birthday. Just curious.

To be honest I doubt Universal does anything "Special" any day of the year!

I love Universal to pieces but the attitude and impression I get from them is they couldn't care less what day of the year it is!

Disney gives you a button to wear around the parks....that's it.

Universal doesn't have anything to give, however if you or another member of your party mentions it's your birthday to a waiter at a CityWalk (or USF/IOA table service) restaurant they will probably do something special for you.

That's a given anywhere you go. Even to like Applebee's.

They tack on a nice additional charge for a cake or whatnot.

I am sure everyday it is at least 50 peoples birthday at either Disney or Universal. Why would it be special to either park, nothing really special about it.

UO does have a birthday party option with characters. but that's about it. how many people walk into WDW on a given day and get a birthday button just to get it? I'm sure a few do.
