Hello Everyone! I've been reading the forum for quite some time now but this is my first post.

Anyway, I have a question that I thought some of you could help me out with. I'm going to DW in a week and then on the 3 night cruise. I am 25 years old and traveling with 4 other friends my age. While we are down there it will be one of my friend's birthdays.

Is there anything special that can be done for him? I'd like to know if Disney has ever done something fun for you or someone you know for their birthday. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

well once you get into a park go see guest services they will give you a birthday button for the person to where and if you tell any of the waitresses or waiters at the restaurants you eat there they might come sing happy birthday to him or her

Birthdays are an extra special time at Walt Disney World. I've celebrate many there. Every restaurant will do something special for you. From singing to bringing you free dessert. The resorts sometimes will also do special things for you. When we checked into our resort, my family told them we would be celebrating my birthday. On the day of my birthday there was a birthday card from Mickey and balloons in the room. I couldn't believe they remembered my special day. Disney goes out of there way to make you feel special. Also If your going to the Magic Kingdom on the day of your friends birthday be sure to stop by city hall and ask for a birthday button. Have fun! :) :) :) :)

birthdays at disney

 HI. We are going next week to disneyworld. We will be staying at the Dolphin during my birthday. If you stay the night of your birthday (in honor of Disneys' 100th b.d. ) you only pay $100.00. Also, if you go to City Hall you receive a button that states today is my birthday and the CM's will wish you a happy birthday. If you know where you are going to eat, you could order a cake. Happy Birthday and have a tigger-riffic time.
