Birthday candles in the park?

Hey, everyone!
I'm surprising my boyfriend with a trip to the world tomorrow for his birthday. I was wondering if there's a place in magic kingdom where I could get a cupcake with a birthday candle in it? Not like a table service restaurant because I can't really afford that.
Or if I bring candles from home would I get in trouble for lighting it?

I know some of the CS places have candles b/c the staff at Sunshine Seasons surprised my older daughter with a cupcake when we popped in for a snack on her bday post Soarin'. Still, I don't know how common or uncommon this is. Not sure about bringing your own and lighting it though.
