Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree

We had the chance to stop by Disneyland for one day last week and I must recommend Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree. I believe it is only for the summer though. We arrived right at opening and waited for about 10 minutes with a 3 other families. Donald was the first character out and went straight to my son, grabbed his hand and led him in. It was great! We stopped by once more a couple of hours later and met Chip and Dale, Mickey, Minnie and Goofy in a span of about 10 minutes! In their Frontier outfits! Maybe the word hasn't gotten out yet, but it was not very busy at all. If you are stopping by Disneyland this is a great area to meet the characters with minimal wait and they do alot of interacting with the little ones.

It was great, but too short. Wish we could have visited Cars Land, but we were only passing by Anaheim. One thing I found odd was that there were no stores selling T-shirts in Fantasyland.

Besides the Jamboree, we were able to ride: Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Splash, Big Thunder, Pooh, Dumbo, Casey Jr, Carrousel, Buzz, Small World, Monorail, Indy and Sailing Ship Columbia. We also saw the Parade. Unfortunately, the little one was too tired to stick around for the fireworks.
