Tim, I can only offer some general interviewing advice:

*practice your 30-second response to the question, "Tell me about yourself." Your answer should give the relevant information in quick summary and all the information should support why you want to work for Disney and why you would be a valuable asset to the cast.

*Smile, smile, smile! Many people get so nervous, they forget! I always called people who smiled back for a second interview.... I believe in hiring for attitude and training for skills. :) So do most places these days. It's easier to teach someone how to answer a question than how to smile. :)

*Be yourself. If you're usually enthusiastic, show it! Be passionate about wanting to work for them, and know the background information on the program inside-out--what kinds of positions they fill, what your duties include, what opportunities are available, etc.

*Make a list of three to five questions, and when they ask if you have any, ask one of them that hasn't been covered already. It shows you are thinking and evaluating the process--not going through the motions or doing it on a lark.

Sorry I can't be more specific! Good luck! :) Iron your clothes tonight so there aren't any surprises tomorrow and get plenty of sleep! :)

I've done my research on the program...the best tips I can give ya are as follows:

Be your self!
Interact w/ other ppl in your interview(theyre usually group intrviews)
Smile!!
Be honest.

I've found those four at most CPers sites.

Good luck! I'm excited for ya! I cant wait until my turn comes!!:sohappy:

Just do what Mightyduck says!

Make sure you dress professional and clean (shaved and hair) and SMILE A LOT!! (no to look stupid, but you know what I mean..). Try to be participative (?) when they ask questions or trivia, no matter if you don´t know the correct answer. Don´t be shy.

Best of luck!! I know you´ll make it!

i certainly hope so mightyduck!!! i've been doing research and trying to get in with disney for 5 years, so this is the culmination of 5 years of hard work and i must say, just getting this interview feels like my work has payed off because it was so hard to just get them to look at my resume and get their hiring agency to call me and set it all up!

thanx for all your encouragement guys!

Make sure you have an "acceptable" appearance....thats the most important

Talk slowly and clearly...

Make sure they know how much you LOVE disney...

Eye contact...very important...

NEVER say "Uhm" or "uhhhh"....

Give off a confident vibe...they eat that up....

Eat a little something before you go in there (Nothing ruins a situation like this more than a stomach growling)...

Show up EARLY (trust me)

Obvioulsy dont go in there chewing gum or anything...

And MAKE SURE you shake his/her hand both before and after the interview...
