I assume some of you collect Disney Big Figs, so what ones do you have? What are your favorites? What is your 'dream' big fig? Do you usually get them when you go to the parks, or do you get them from Disney Shopping or Auctions?

Personally, I have the Song of South Trio, Goofy Santa, and soon, I will have a Figment (I just found a 'buy it now' one on eBay and purchased it at a STEAL for $175 shipped!).

I really had wanted to buy the Figment big fig when it was sold at the Art of Disney, but I don't have that much room to keep something of that size. Between my pins and my hundreds of other Figment items, I'm running out of room!

I had watched three of the big fig Figments sell on eBay, and each time when they broke $200, I gave up, so when I saw this one listed with a buy it now of $150 plus $25 shipping, I snatched it up. I got lucky and bought it 2 hours after it was listed. Someone else got REALLY lucky and bought Dumbo, Big Bad Wolf, and King Louie for $150 each, but I'm still glad that I got Figment at least!

There are pictures of the other items if you're curious in the seller's completed items (ebay login required): http://search-completed.ebay.com/se...action=compare&copagenum=1&coentrypage=search

The only one I have is the Sorcerer Mickey Big Fig posted below. When I was an intern with WDI I had an idea to purchase the Figure (it ended up costing $80 with CM discount), and having all of the Imagineers I've worked with to autograph it. It's signed by Marty Sklar, Don Goodman, Harriet Burns, Joyce Carlson, Tony Baxter, Joe Rohde and many, many others. It's being showcased proudly in a box in my garage under the Christmas Tree and various pieces of camping equipment. I guess it's still in one piece. I kept that thing at work, and anytime someone came into the office from California I rushed over to have them autograph it.

Our obsession started with the original, the Anniversary Donald. Our collection now includes Donald, the original Maleficent (not the one with the flames), Pluto, Penguin from Mary Poppins, Mad Hatter, Santa Mickey, Santa Donald, Santa Goofy and Santa Stitch (my partner LOVES Stitch). All of ours have come from Disney Store or Disney Catalog/Direct/Shopping.

Oh yeah, and two of the hitchiking ghosts. I'm trying to get Phineas off of eBay, but it is going for waaaay too much right now.

I have two - the Enchanted Tiki Room, and the lightning bug from the MSEP. Both have cool light-up effects. I'd get more, but I can barely move in my Disney room as it is...

You'll all think I'm nuts, but when I read the name of this thread, I thought there were giant figs (the delicous Mediteranean fruit) somewhere in WDW.

Needless to say I was sorely dissapointed.

I contacted the buyer on eBay who purchased the three figs before Figment. She tells me it puts her collection over 60! I asked her to post pictures here for us, so hopefully she will. I wonder where she puts them all!

I have a Jack Skellington ($30! Woo!) and the Three Caballeros.

I so wish I had sprung for the Big Al Country Bear figure from the Disneyland 50th collection. The pirate auctionear would've been nice too.

Disneyland sells my favorite big figs though, which are the ones representing the various lands.

One word: WOW! Did Bruce Gordon or Kim Irvine sign it?

Yeah, if they didn't sign it, it's not worth much. I'll do you a favor and take it off your hands for $30...
