Awesome Beverly Jo from Caribou, Maine at the concierge desk at Pop Century Resort was patient and kind in helping us get all ground floor rooms for our stay on 12-16-15 thru 12-23-15. We messed up during our online check in process and did not select ground floor as a preference. Once we checked in and realized my Mom would be using her ECV on the 4th floor we decided to beg for ground floor rooms and it did not matter where they were located. Beverly Jo came through and we greatly appreicate her help. Next time we will remember to check that preference first. Hope to see Beverly Jo and all the cast members at Pop in October!
