Better luck on App or Website?

When booking ADRs, do you have better luck booking on the website or using the MDE app? Prior to COVID, I always either used the website or called in our ADRs. Last year, I used a travel agent (and got all my choices). This year, unfortunately, we are staying off-property so will have to be up at 3am for 10-days to make ADRs for the ever-difficult party of 5!

The app kept failing for me saying there was something wrong with the server. I went on my laptop on the website and had no issues.

I always use the website so I can have all the restaurants websites up and ready to go. I find the app okay later if I’m trying to find “filler” reservations, but haven’t tried it at my adr date.

Website. Easy to use, efficient and hasnt let me down. I have my most wanted working my way back on my dates. Its been a bit more challenging since working off of the 60 days.

Just having played around with the app, I think it’s ok for doing last minute walk-ups. But I think I agree with using the website as well (even if I’m not always a fan of it).
