Best Way to Book Universal Vacation?

I'm kicking around a long weekend to Universal in January. Anybody have preferences on the way to get the best deal at one of the three Universal hotels. Also, I'm leaning towards Royal Pacific but would be interested in hearing preferences one way or the other. I have two children under 10 years old.

Best case scenario would give us 4 park days - USF, IOA, DAK(hoping E:E might be in soft opening by then) and maybe MK or Epcot.

I'd suggest trying Expedia (or another website like it) or calling the hotel directly.
