Another thread prompted me to do this one.

Give me your best secrets and tips please!

Side question- can bottled water count as your drink at restaurants? I never asked last time.

Yes bottled water in individual bottles(including the expensive Smart Water too, but no multi serve large bottles are included) is a drink choice on the plan at QS and TS (if they have individual bottles) locations as your non alcoholic drink. ;)

Many years ago (when the DDP was given away like candy at Halloween), I would use it on pineapple floats at the MK :D

Caramel popcorn from germany pavilion-big family size bag and soooo delicious. Actually, there are lots of amazing snacks in the world showcase pavilions, the macaron ice cream sandwich in the France pavilion is good and school bread from Norway. Snacking round the world is a fun way to tour epcot! The cookie ice cream sandwiches and cupcakes found throughout wdw are delish and big enough to share, as are funnel cakes. Creating your own snack at goofy candy company in disney springs was fun. We got the dipped marshmallows and I think krispie treats were the other snack credit option. Biggest tip is to make sure you actually use the credits. Our first trip we let them stack up a bit and ended up buying several bags of jelly sweets on our last day which weren't a good use of credits. I make a list of snacks we want to try on a trip.

Thanks!
I always get shocked when I hear people say they had some left over. We went through ours pretty quickly last time. But I brilliantly used it for fruit as well :(.
I think we were out by day 5 of 9, and the rest I just paid out of pocket.

Trying to make better use of it this time!

The heat killed our appetite and there was so much food at every meal!! With 4 of us that was 28 credits on our last 7 day trip and many snacks were so big we needed to split them or we'd have been rolling round the parks.

I will be there towards the end of your trip. I'll be there with a mass of 13 people. Look for the guy with the twins with the short cropped hair who is telling his wife's step dad that this is not how any of this works.

I will keep an eye out! And if you see a girl in a princess crown with a big goofy smile sporting some fancy new bling (hopefully) lol, come say hi!!!!

That's where got engaged. I don't know if they have the "Just Engaged" buttons anymore, but we got them back in '08. Also, I believe they have that phrase as an add on graphic with the Photo Pass pics.

Ah thanks for that info! Will store it in the back of my mind so I don't jinx it LOL

Fresh Ice cream cookie sandwiches (or Ice cream in waffle bowls) at the plaza icecream parlor magic kingdom is a good choice (the birthday cake ice cream is awesome!).
My favourite drink to get as a snack is the fresh frozen lemonade, so good when your in the heat. (There is also a strawberry one I need to try this year :) )
A good savery option is the french fries with pulled pork and cheese (a meal in itself) at flame tree bbq at animal kingdom.
