Best time to visit Disneyland in Nov/Dec.

We are wanting to pull our kids out of school for just a couple days to experience the beauty of Disney at Christmas time? which time frame is the least crowded? The week after Thanksgiving ( 11/29,11/30) or in the beginning of December (12/6, 12/7).
Has anyone went to Universal Studios in December? How are Saturdays there?

I would choose the December dates, just so you don't get some left over Thanksgiving crowds.

The days you picked are good. They're not on the weekend and most likely won't be very crowded....I went tonight and everything had less than a 10 minute wait.

Disneyland is beautiful during Christmas! The castle at night is going to be a must see!
