Best time to book for Feb 2015? And a couple other ??

Hi everyone!

We are planning on a trip to WDW in mid February 2015. We were at WDW in February of 2013, that trip was my daughter (then 3) and wifes first ever trip to WDW and it was my 6 or 7th, we all loved it and can't wait to go back.

Here is kinda what we were thinking of: We would fly in and my parents are planning on wintering in Florida next year and want to meet us at WDW. We were thinking of staying at Art of Animation in a family suite (8 days/7 nights), 5 days of park hopper passes and getting the DDP (1 sit down, 1 quick serve, 1 snack).

I have a few questions:
First off, what would be the best time to book our WDW trip?

Last year we used a travel agent, and we were happy with the service. So is it best to book through her again or is there a site that has better deals or discounts?

Is there another resort, in the value-moderate category, that anyone would suggest that could lodge 5 people in 1 suite/room?

Any input would be appreciated!

We always use our AAA travel agent but I know there are many reputable agents and websites you can use. I can offer that the rooms in the Alligator Bayou section at Port Orleans Riverside have a murphy bed to accommodate a fifth person in the room. PORS is in the moderate category. We've stayed there before and loved it. You'll find many people that do. They have a designated website - portorleans.org that will offer additional information.

Room rates for 2015 won't be set until between early June and early August 2014. If you book before that, you will be paying an estimated rate.

Disney is fairly consistent in their pricing, booking direct and booking via an agent should get you the same pricing, although the agent should give you the extra service of watching for new offers and applying them to your reservation - Disney won't do that for you automatically, you'd need to do that yourself.
