Best time in Spring?

Hello everyone! The family and I just returned from a very magical 2-week trip to Disney World, Oct 10th-24th. Of course now that we are back home we have all hit Disney Depression pretty bad and are already starting to plan our next trip back.

I needed some advice and figured the panel of experts here could provide me with the best answer! We would like to go sometime in the Spring (between March and May). Is there a good time to go during this timeframe? I would really like to avoid the most spring breaks, tour groups and cheerleader conventions possible! So... any advice as to the best time to go within these 3 months would be great!

I think that we may have spoiled ourselves by going in October and not having to deal with many crowds at all.

I have heard that early to mid-May is a great time to go. It is post Spring Break/Easter and pre-Summer. The weather would be similar to your trip in October.

I have gone in early June and it still wasn't horrible as far as crowds go. If you went any time in March to the week after Easter, it would be fairly busy because of Spring Breaks

Thanks for the info, jordanyosh!! Early May is very doable for us. I was concerned about the weather at that time, but if it like October that would be great!

Anyone else have any suggestions? I would love to hear some great advice from all the Disney experts!

I recommend late April/early May.

The weather is warm, but not horribly hot and sticky.

The Flower and Garden show at EPCOT is going on during this time and my wife and I just LOVE it.

Check your diary for Easter (as it fluctuates year on year) and if possible avoid the two weeks either side of Easter Sunday as the parks tend to get a bit busy
