There was also a series called Star Wars: Forces of Destiny. I never saw the Droids or Ewoks series. I would say Clone Wars is the one that has the best animation in it so I am gonna pick that one.

Clone wars is amazing I’m watching on disney plus here in the UK. It gives so much more context to the prequels and is a good example of animation strengthening the source material rather than ripping it off
