Staying at BWV next fall! Can't wait! We were- ok I was- wondering the best spot at the resort to view illuminations is. We know you can just see the fireworks, not the full illuminations experience, but that's fine w me. I adore fireworks. I am assuming I can put my kids to bed and my hubs will let me go check out the fireworks... Lol he couldn't care less about fireworks but he will put up w going to them once or twice a trip! I'd rather see them nightly, anywhere! Haha any tips greatly appreciated! TIA :cat:

Head out of the resort, go left toward the International Gateway, take a right at the bridge toward Boardwalk and enjoy what you can see of the fireworks from the bridge. Good spot to view the tops of the fireworks if you are not going to be in Epcot.

You can also go over to the Contemporary and watch wishes from the fourth floor observation deck. Nice view there on a non-MK day.

I once stayed in the BWV and had a room down on the south wing with a ground floor sliding door that I was able to see the fireworks without even leaving the room. If you happen to be in that wing, look for the exit that comes out by a path leading to the taxi stand and across the drive from the bus stop. You can see them from there.
