I will be going to Disney for the 4th time very soon, but this is the first time we have had the dining plan. I am looking for snack/dessert suggestions (attach pictures if you have/can find them).

We love some traditional favorites like Dole Whip and School Bread, but Disney has so many options I don't want to overlook something that could be amazing.

For a not sweet treat I always bring home a few bags of Spicy Mix. I'm sure its not everyone's taste, but I love it! We can't go to the park without getting the kids a churro.

I have to be honest, I don't think I have had a Disney churro which might might be borderline sacrilegious. I have also never tried the Spicy Mix, I am assuming they sell it in a variety of stores throughout the parks?

Churros with dipping sauce - La Cantina de San Angel in EPCOT and Pecos Bill's in MK.

Waffles with Nutela and fruit - Sleepy Hollow in MK.

Frozen carbonated cherry and lemonade drinks (like Slurpees) at the Lunching Pad in MK.

It appears Churros need to be a must for this trip. I am not a fan of Nutela, but I plan on doing the Chicken and Waffles from Sleep Hollow. Knowing how hot it will be in 2 weeks when I am there, the frozen drinks sound magical. Thanks!

My daughter loves those! I am thinking of doing the Brioche Ice Cream Sandwich from there, has anyone tried it? It looks delicious...
Oooh yes, those look divine! Last time I checked, they don't count as a snack credit on the DDP though. :( Maybe that's changed?

I don't do much in the way of snacking at WDW, preferring to arrive at dinner just a little bit hungrier. But the first thing that came to mind was churros. Also, if you're visiting during the Epcot Food & Wine Festival, you can use snack credits for many of the food items from the booths. The one time I used the dining plan, I used all of my snack credits at the F&W, and it worked out great.

Dan, unfortunately we are not going to the Food & Wine Festival, I am a teacher in NY, so it always seems to coincide with the beginning of the school year. I just hope its still going strong in like 27 years when I finally retire and can actually go... Some of the food I have seen on peoples youtube videos look delicious!
