The best advice I can give you, is to either check www.disney.com and search through the resort levels of your choice. If you any specific requirements, I would call Disney directly, explain your needs and budget, then go from there. Have a wonderful vacation

All the resorts are wheelchair accessible -- if you have specific other needs then call to ask about their recommendations. Every resort also has accessible rooms close to conveniences. All Disney busses are also wheelchair accessible, though its not a comfortable experience as they use the old 80-s style strap-in belts.
