I went with Gringotts because I think its a more complete ride. But that one dip in Mummy that always lifts me out of my seat is great.

The answer is Mummy. Gringotts barely constitutes a coaster because its gravity portions are so minimal, with 95% of the ride consisting of drive tires. Rock-It is trash and if Mummy wasn't in the park, Woody would win because sometimes kid coasters are just solid kid coasters.

"Revenge of the Mummy" by a landslide. Not only is it the most fun, but the others all have their drawbacks.

"Hollywood Rip Ride" is uncomfortable
"Gringotts" is uneventful
and "Woody" is unworthy.
