Best rides for my pregnant wife...

We are heading back to WDW at the beginning of January. My wife will be 4.5 months pregnant. We will be with my 7 and 10 year olds. What are the best rides for preggo? I know there are signs all over, but does that mean she shouldn't do it or can't do it?
The safari says no go, but I don't remember it being very bumpy. We obviously don't want to take any chances, but I don't want her to miss out on all the fun either.

Thanks

We went to Disney last November when my daughter was 4 months pregnant. She went on all the rides including Safari 2 times. I must say that I was not thrilled with her decision since it was especially bumpy but she is an adult and makes her own decisions.
Not sure I would do The 7 Dwarfs Mine Train. She does not do roller coasters anyway so that was not an issues. She did The Tea Cups and most other rides. We did not go to Hollywood Studio . I would just stay away from rides as @hakunamatata said above. I would also stay away from Dinosaur at The AK. Have a Magical Trip! :cat:

The safari is bumpier, the further back you sit. The back row is really bad.

We went last August when my wife was 6 months pregnant. We avoided coasters and rides with drops - except pirates. We also avoided things that spin or are bumpy/rough (like the safari).

It's not worth the risk to ride anything questionable. When in doubt, don't ride it.

I went in September when I was 7 months pregnant. My dr was very familiar with Disney and said the safari was fine as long as we sat in the front row. I avoided Dinosaur, Everest, the MK mountains (including Mine Train), Mission Space, and Test Track. I did pretty much everything else without any problems. The best course of action would be to refer to her doctor as every pregnancy is different. Have fun!

My wife and I are going in early January as well and this is the third trip we've been on while she's pregnant. Once with our son and this is the 2nd trip with our soon to be daughter.

Here's what she stayed away from:
MK-Barnstormer, BTMR, 7D, Space, Splash
Epcot-Test Track, and Mission Space
HS-RNR, Star Tours, TOT
AK-She'll ride the Safari, everything else she doesn't.

On the Safari, we talked to our doctor and she said it would depend on the pregnancy.
If she had been high risk, then it would have been more questionable, but since she has had a healthy pregnancy, she said it would be fine. Luckily, our doctor loves WDW as much as us, so she could give us good recommendations.

I just want to say thank you for posting this topic. My wife is pregnant, and she'll be 5 or 6 months pregnant when we go in either March or April; whenever their spring break is. We want to give our 10-year-old son(my stepson) one last trip as an only child, and I want to make sure my wife can enjoy some things at WDW and that the baby will be ok. I'll watch this with interest.

Best advice is to speak with your doctor about it and see what they recommend. I know when my wife was pregnant, she stayed off ALL of the roller coasters, the Safari, Dinosaur, etc. She pretty much just did all of the kiddy rides and that was it. There's no ride worth risking causing an issue with the pregnancy.

I was 8 months pregnant last summer when we went. I avoided Safari, but really it was because I was so far along. My hubby rented a wheelchair for me (MK has surprisingly few places to sit in the shade while waiting on your party to come off of a ride.) Your wife may not be interested in a wheelchair, but it was really nice to have one to sit in when needed. My favorite thing that trip was to people watch.

And to look at all the cute baby things they sell :)
