Best places to eat packed lunches in the parks

Do CMs frown on brown baggers eating their lunch in the counter service eateries? I imagine they would since those places are so packed with paying customers looking for seats. I would pack lunches for each member of my party regardless of whether we decided to take a midday breather back in our room because I want to bypass the stress of waiting on line for counter service. If Disney let Earl of Sandwich into the parks, I wouldn't pack lunch ever.

I have an uncommon disdain for the food at Disney (high price + mediocre quality = bad attitude), so I have taken my own food occasionally. The Tomorrowland Terrace restaurant has outdoor seating, and nobody cares if you sit there and eat your own food. I have seen people also eating their food at several of the outdoor areas throughout each park.
