Ok Guys I need more help, I need to Know the best places to stand/sit or whatever to see the parades/ fireworks. All parks Please. I have my son who will be 17 months and I don't think he will sit for a half an hour to stake out a spot for the parades.

So if you guys have any special spots that people don't go to hook me up with the info

Thanks:)

I don't go sit and wait for a spot to watch fireworks so when i catch them it's usually just walking around. At Magic Kingdom i have found a bench at tomorrowland has a pretty good view but you don't get to see tinkerbell.

After just getting of test track at Epcot i was walking under the monarail track when the firewworks started. This was amazing! It was just like one of those disney commercials. Nobody was around.

The parades are different. It's a bit more difficult to just catch a good spot just by walking by. you have to be lucky to find a spot without waiting for a half hour but others may have better advice. Good luck:)

to see Tapestry of dreams wait till they make the announcement and go stand by the American Gardens Theater! For Illuminations about 15 min. before go by Germany and there is a great spot right behind some roses!

If crowds for Shockwave (currently playing at American Gardens), then that is a terrible place to be. Trying to watch Tapestry anywhere from Japan to Italy isn't a good idea while Shockwave is there with the current times its playing.

kinda related

This is kinda related.... at MGM, if you make dinner reservations for 4 or 5 pm... you get a special pass which allows you to get priority seating at fantasmic... you meet a CM at the front gate area (near the "gas station") and you get to go in :30 minutes before the show... which sure beats waiting in line for a couple of hours for descent seats... we ate at the buffet place which is near the lagoon and it was like $12 for all you can eat, which is probably the best deal in the park on top of it... hope this helps somebody..

if you don't care about seeing tink or the castle for the fireworks then go to the area near the former 20000 leagues site which i think is now the character festival. there are benches there that usually don't get too too crowded and the fireworks are shot up right behind the trees there so you have a perfect view.

At MGM we were able to get a spot about 20 minutes or so before the Stars & Cars Parade. Its over by the small little gallery where the heads are. There is a ledge there that we sat on. Most of the people were piled on the stairs of the ABC area. The parade takes about 5-10 minutes to get there so it wasn't a bad wait. Good Luck!

EPCOT - For Both the Parade and Refelctions stand in front ogf Japan. Stake out a spot right in front of Japn to the right of the big red gazebo thing (Don't know what they call it.) in the lake. Get there around 20 minutes before the last parade and stay there for Reflections. Great Spot

Our two year old danced around on Main Street USA waiting for the parade to start. Of course we had two adults with us...one stayed curbside with the rest of the kids...I let the 2 yr old dance around right in front of our area. She wasn't couped up waiting for the parades to start....but as soon as they started to approach she stopped what she was doing...so thrilled with the parades!

Best place to see the MK fireworks is in the middle of Main Street! It's the only place to be! If you're ever there when I am I'll be easy to spot....I'm the blonde getting teary eyed over the fireworks!

For Any Magic Kingdom Parade, I like to sit either near or on the planter boxes by the Diamond Horseshoe Saloon. I do this because It's right by the cutoff point for the soundtrack. Therefore, I hear the music from the parade coming up and the introduction EXACTLY as it approaches me. The Magic Kingdom parades are the only ones where I PREFER a certain spot.

For Fireworks it's a different story....
Fantasmic: Right in the Middle of the theater. I get there an hour and a half early.
Illuminations: Right in Showcase Plaza looking towards the American Adventure. I've never really had to stake out a spot, I've managed to squeeze in every time.
Fantasy in the Sky: Either by the old dock for the former Swan Boats (at least I think that's what it is) in Tomorrowland...Or at the End of Main Street by the train station.
