I don't know what theme it would have, but Dallas is the only city in your poll that could possibly host a year-round park due to the winters at the other locations.

Somewhere in Central Florida close to Orlando, I see seven theme parks, tons of resorts!

If you haven't got the clue, I'm for the "two U.S.A. Disney resorts is enough" campaign!

I choose Toronto of course being from Canada. The U.S. has two already, we want one too. Although the winter is definately a problem. Toronto really doesn't have the land to build anything remotely Disney, and Disney doesn't have enough money for southern Ontario land prices. A better place for a Canadian Disney would be out West, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, lots of space, cheaper land and the U.S. midwest would have great access as well. Oh well there I go again dreaming, I'll just keep planning my next Floriday/WDW vacation.

I think New York would be the best place. And I think the theme should be America (the history of) New York's economy has really taken a major hit since 9/11 and this would really give it a huge boost.

Well,how about Canada??.....
DISNEY NORTH....
Has a nice ring to it.
Toronto is already home to a couple of the modern wonders of the world...CN Tower and Skydome,so I don't think a DISNEY NORTH would be out of the question.
Oh...and one more thing. For those bothered by the slightly "chilly" days in Toronto during February, just hire the Skydome designer to extend his existing plans to cover the park in the winter.

NORTHERN VIRGINIA, it's not on the list but it is perfect, it is filled with history it has lots of other attractions and it is near big cities. And it would be perfect for a Disney America Park.:D
