What do you all think are the best parks to visit on the weekends? I am sure it gets busier on Fri, Sat, and Sun, right? We love them all, but we want to make the most of our trip... Is Epcot or MGM a good idea? Or maybe just Downtown Disney? Maybe the water~park? I never know what is he most popular.... Sorry to annoy ya all with silly questions...

Fri night/Sat/Sun do trend to be more crowded days due to the influx of Florida residents. If you are visiting doing the off season, any park should be a good choice or Downtown Disney. If you are visiting during the busy season, MK will be very crowded during the weekends. Epcot is a good choice, just remember the crowds normally migrate from future world to world showcase throughout the day. I would advise getting to Epcot around 9am, from 9-11am going on the most popular rides in future world (Sorin, Test Track, etc.), then 11-3pm going around world showcase and lunch, and 3-7pm completing the rest of future world's attraction (Sea with Nemo, Imagination, Living with the Land, Universe of Energy, etc.), then 7-9pm dinner, shopping and fireworks. Animal Kingdom is also a good choice, but since it normally closes earlier than the other parks there can be large crowds in the mornings. Studios is a good Friday choice, I would advise getting there early to ride the most popular rides or get fastpasses (Tower of Terror, Toy Story Mania, Rock'n'Roller Coaster). The other attractions normally won't be that crowded. Downtown Disney tends to be most crowded weekend nights (due to dining, the movie theater, and cirque). I am uncertain about the water parks...

Depends when you are going. We have done Animal Kingdom on a saturday and it wasn't bad at all. Downtown Disney would be the least busy. If its a hot day, avoid the water parks! the locals like to cool of on the weekends too.

Oh, Ok we are going May 12-20... SO hopefully it wont be too busy, but last year we went in march and it was sooooo busy at Hollywood Studios with cheerleader gals, and then magic Kingdom was our biggest mistake..lol Maybe we will make spend the day at Downtown since we want to visit, t-rex, lego store ad Bip-bop-boo for the gals:lol: And then.... try Epcot another day? The children really love Animal Kingdom so I will save that for a weekday... Maybe a day at our resort pool on the other day? Any other May experiences here???

If you're not staying on site, and you like to stay until closing, be sure to avoid the park with evening EMH on a given day.
