There's a food place close to Mount Everest in AK where you can get fried rice for a snack. We use our snacks as breakfast and AK doesn't have a lot to offer so I ate fried rice for breakfast one morning on our last trip.

Healthy or not healthy? 'Cause I'm thinking the only Disney snacks would be a Mickey ice cream and/or that wonderful, delicious caramel popcorn (the fresh, not pre-bagged) in the Circus Tent.

That's what the MK smells like to me as soon as I'm at Roy and Minnie's statue looking down Main Street. The most delicious popcorn smell ever. And it takes all the will power I can muster to not make a mad dash to the Circus Tent....

Depends on the park. Epcot I'd snack at WS. We love pretty much every food back in WS. But as for the other parks generally speaking I get a pretzel to hold me over if I'm starving. A good old mickey dove bar always does the trick as well.
