We are leaving tomorrow morning for the world until the 13th and will be on the QS plan. It's been about 3 years since I was there last for any length of time. What is the latest and greatest best quick service meals in the parks? In MK I always loved columbia harbor house, and will possibly do pecos bill's as well. Never really developed a favorite QS at the other parks and very interested in hearing what everyone likes for lunch and dinner. I do have a BOG breakfast and Teppan Edo (My fav restaurant) dinner ADR to change it up a bit. Thanks!

Flame Tree
Tangierine Cafe

Lots of people will say Sunshine Seasons but I think it's highly overrated. Everything is extremely salty and there are far more diverse and interesting options in the World Showcase to bother eating in Future World IMO.

Sunshine Seasons is very overrated, you're right about that! Not to mention that it's usually over crowded, and doesn't flow well. Tangerine Cafe (EP), and Flame Tree (AK) are very good. I'm also fond of La Cantina, and Lotus Blossom Cafe at Epcot. Neither HS nor MK offer any QS worthy of note. If I'm visiting either of those two parks, I eat before I arrive or after I leave.

At MK, Pecos Bills is pretty good, however they did change their menu recently...so it's not burgers anymore like it used to be. Now it's tacos and burritos. I'm also a fan of Pinocchio's Village Haus, they did away with their meatball sub, but replaced it with (what I think is) a very tasty chicken parm sandwich.

At Epcot, we usually grab lunch at the Electric Umbrella.

Pecos Bills is just a refactoring of the menu from Tortuga Tavern, we were there after the menu change. The rice was undercooked, the meat (if it was meat) was over cooked, and the toppings bar was worked over pretty well by a bunch of kids who decided they needed to mix all the things together.

It had a lot of potential, I liked the offerings at Tortuga Tavern before it went ho-hum BBQ.

In the MK I really enjoy Cosmic Ray's. The burger you can get there is made palatable by the fixin's bar, and any lacking in the food is more than made up by Sonny Eclipse, the animatronic lounge singer that entertains every day.

At DAK, the Flame Tree BBQ puts on some terrific ribs, with a great waterside view looking across to Everest.

I enjoy Cosmic Ray's as well. Though I don't think I've ever gotten anything other than a burger from there lol.

I haven't been to Tortuga Tavern since the change, but my wife and I enjoyed Pecos Bills when we had it for dinner. I forgot what she got, but I had the fajita platter and was happy with it and would eat there again. Haven't tried Flame tree (we don't visit AK too much), but next time we go, we'll have to give it a shot!

At MK, we usually do Pinocchio Village Haus - I'm fond of that flatbreads. Or we go to Columbia Harbour House for fried fish, shrimp or chicken. We did Be Our Guest for lunch once, it was kind of crazy, but the sandwiches were pretty good.

At Epcot, I've been very happy with Tangierine Cafe. The shawarma is delicious and it's not too crowded. And I'll add that La Cantina de San Angel can be not good in my opinion and it's full of evil bat winged flying monkeys when you're trying to get a table at dinner time....

Most of my MK/EPCOT favorites were already mentioned, so something I haven't seen mentioned yet is the new Harambe Marketplace at AK. We tried it for the first time this year and loved how unique the menu was. Flame Tree sure is good, but it's always nice to get something new. The flatbread was our favorite.

At HS...it's slim pickins, but we actually didn't hate our meal at Studio Catering Co. If you have to eat, you have to eat.

Could have been a bad night at Pecos Bills, maybe I'll give it another shot this evening while I'm over there. I was a real fan of Tortuga pre-change.

I like Be Our Guest and Cosmic Ray's at MK. Cosmic's has some good healthier options, like rotisserie chicken with green beans. Be Our Guest is a hassle and very expensive, but the OP is on the dining plan so that shouldn't be a problem for him.

I suppose if you're on dining plan Be Our Guest, it could be a good option, that's true. I can't stand Cosmic's personally, but I've had a few less than great experiences over there.

Sleepy Hollow at MK has the best sweet/spicy chicken waffle sandwich in this world !!!! To die for good. Limited time during the day to get it, well worth it. Yum

It's the best thing on property in my opinion, but it's only available for lunch, it's not available during dinner hours (like you said, during the day). I didn't know that until I went to buy one for dinner / snack one evening and it wasn't available. If they make it right it's out of this world, but they have a habit of rushing the waffle and it falls apart. When they do it right, OMG.
