My favorite would have to be MGM - we taken are Dog Lucy to MGM 5 times in the last year. (MGM gives free food to your dogs)
Down side is there not much walking space.

Before that- Lucy visited Animal Kingdom - nice has a lot of room.

Magic Kingdom to congested. Only time Lucy stayed there was over the summer.

Our dog always stays at the Magic Kingdom kennel. The cast members are always so friendly and helpful and there is plenty of room. and since it's by the ttc it's relatively easy to get to from all the parks.
