Best Gluten Free Items

We will be travelling with my niece who is coeliac on our next trip. Disney have emailed me a list of all the recommend and available items. For any of you that have tried the Gluten Free products which would you recommend. Where are your favourites to eat?

We have ADR's at 1900 Park Fare, Cindy's Royal Table, Coral Reef, Chef's De France, Flying Fish, Yachtsman Steakhouse, Chef Mickeys, Ohana's, California Grill, Boma, Teppan Edo & Sci-Fi. Looking for Counter Service items too please.

While the availability of product is getting better here in the UK most still do not taste very good so I hoping Disney might offer something better!

Disney is often very accomodating. Make sure you let each restaurant know ahead of time about the situation. They will take you through the buffets and point out every item that can be eaten, and the chef will work with you at any table service.
