Best Day of the Week for Water Parks

Hi folks,

I'm trying to decide the best day of the week to visit one of the water parks. I've been doing some reading, and most people's advice seems to follow what I would have expected, which is to avoid the weekends as the days with likely the highest crowd.

However, I've seen some people dispute that. The argument is that the majority of people arrive or depart Walt Disney World on Saturday and Sunday, and that folks generally want their first and last days of their trip to be in a theme park, and therefore the water parks are actually more crowded mid-week and less crowded on Saturday and Sunday.

What do you all think?

I can only go by my own experiences, but I've found that Monday mornings tend to be the least busy time. Each May, I go to WDW, and visit both water parks while I'm there that week. It always seems to me that it gets busier as the week goes on. (The weather each day was about the same--hot and sunny.)

Thanks! So you don't buy the theory of the article I read that suggests weekends may actually be better days for the water parks than the weekdays?
