Best Christmas Day Breakfast

My fiance and I are spending our Disneymoon at the World and will be there on Christmas Day. We have just decided to skip our Christmas parasailing because he decided he would rather not stress about meeting our weight limits while eating at WDW. Instead, we are planning on getting a nice, late breakfast and heading over to Epcot in the afternoon for Bistro de Paris dinner plans.

We will be staying at AKV and are wondering what suggestions you fine folks have for a nice Xmas breakfast. Obviously Boma is at our resort, but we might be interested in a regular restaurant rather than a buffet. We don't want to fight park crowds, so all the parks are out.

Suggestions? Thank you! :D

I would suggest the Grand Floridian Cafe. The buffets are always so busy and loud and GF Cafe is the opposite. It's quiet and you simply cannot beat the atmosphere, it's absolutely beautiful. And to top it all off they have a wonderful breakfast there. My DH enjoyed the lobster Benedict! It's the perfect spot for just the two of you!

Room service.

Failing that, I'm going to suggest something totally unheard of for me and say that I might be tempted to do a buffet. Bear in mind that I have NEVER been to a WDW buffet, so I don't know which are good. I could see myself wanting breakfast at somewhere like Boma or 1900 Park Fare on Christmas morning, however.

I was thinking Kouzzina. It's on the Boardwalk and we were planning on Epcot in the afternoon. Late breakfast around 10:45 might be the way to go...

Actually, that's a great idea. Kouzzina is my favorite breakfast in all of the World. The Stacked Kouzzina Breakfast + a Bloody Mary = the breakfast of champions.

+1 for GF Cafe. I consider it one of the hidden gems that no one really talks about but has good food, not too pricey, good service, and really nice atmosphere.

I vote for kouzzina as well. Try the sweet potato hash, so good. Plus they have French press coffee. Enjoy your honeymoon, and congratulations!
