I find it incredibly difficult to get a ressie for TRex at Dtown Disney despite the mediocre food reviews. My son goes bananas for this place and if I'm being honest myself, it is a fun atmosphere! But I can never, ever get a ressie unless I want to eat at 10pm! Everyone else's kids must find this place just as appealing despite the supbar reviews.

I don't know if it is still true, but Le Cellier was when I last went there in 2012.

Ya know, the last the time I was at WDW in 2011 it was really hard to get into Le Cellier. But even now with the online dining reservation system I can find more frequent and more convenient dining times at Cindy's Castle and Le Cellier than I can at T Rex. Strange...

If you're trying for TRex, you should call them directly (they have a phone number on their website). They are not Disney owned and always hold back the bulk of their ADRs. I think I was a month out from our 2012 trip, decided to add TRex, called directly and had pretty much every time imaginable open to me.

Beyond that, here's what's tough IMO beyond BOG...
Cali Grill dinner timed w/fireworks
'Ohana dinner
Narcoosee's timed with fireworks
Rose & Crown timed with fireworks
50s Prime Time
Sci Fi
V&A
Any Character Meal...although pre-park opening slots at any of the in-park restaurants seem to go first
Fantasmic Pkg Meals
Other special dining- i.e. dessert parties, etc.
Dinner shows like Hoop De Doo

I second HouCuse chickie, because this restaurant is not owned by disney, only a portion of their reservations are available through WDW. you can call them directly, i have always been able to get what i want this way- but do it soon if your window is open. they do book up.

Le Cellier is still somewhat hard to get into, but not nearly as bad as it used to be. I think with the menu change and the 2 DDP credit change, it's become a little less popular. On that note, they definitely just limit the number of people in the restaurant drastically for some reason. When we grabbed rare lunch reservations there in 2012, there were like, 5 other parties in the restaurant. Very confusing :p

We have actually seen a ton of 'Ohana reservations available. We changed our time 3 times over the last 10 days. Easily able to get times between 5pm- 7pm even 150 days out.

Cali Grill is really hard to get, A&E fast passes, ad some character meals.

7DMT Fast passes are probably gonna be hard to get for sometime too.

Ohana is in the same category as Chef Mickey's. They are a monorail ride from the MK, so they fill up. You don't need to get them at 180 days. But around 90 days it will start getting hard to get reservations at normal meal times.
