There is a standard 20% discount on merchandise, which is upgraded to 40% during the holidays. Also, complimentary admission, plus limited additional admissions for friends and family members, miscellanious discounts on food, access to cast-only stores and property control, and use of Mickey's Retreat, a cast-only recreation area.

You also get room discounts at Disney Theme Parks around the world...and free admission. When I worked at WDW I took at trip to Disneyland Paris and we got in free every day. I also went with a friend who is still a WDW CM to Disneyland last year and we got in free.
