Tokyo Disney Sea sells one...
They did at one point sell this version in the US Parks..But it was more a beanie style version...

Odd, he's wearing the Hollywood Tower Hotel logo on his shirt, the Hotel Hightower logo from Tokyo's Tower of Terror is different.

Either they took the cheap route because the initials are HTH and just went with that.
