Before or During HEA

My girlfriend has told me her ideal proposal would be at twighlight in front of the castle, but I'm currently running into a problem. On the date we will be in Magic Kingdom, we will be heading over to Chef Mickeys during this time.

So I'm trying to decide if I should propose before the dinner reservation (3:50) or after the reservation before HEA when it's dark. What do y'all think would be the better/more romantic setting?

If you take an hour to eat plus a few minutes, y'all should be done by 5:30. That gives you 20 minutes to walk/ take the monorail back to MK and get back through the gates so eta 5:50-6:00. It should still be light enough out after waiting in line to propose. Another option is picking a place like in the hub area and visiting guest relations to let them know you want to propose at a certain time. They will make sure there is a photo pass photographer there and the line may not be as long, if people haven't noticed them. If her dream is in front of the castle at twilight doing it after dinner would be your best bet. Depending on the time of year it may not be fully dark yet and the sky could look really beautiful.
