Based on this first picture it feels very DCA 1.0. Lots of signs and puns like Dinoland in DAK.

It seems like, even when it was Carland, they were sneaking a lot of stuff from Radiator Springs in there. It's almost like the artwork was all done at the same time as Carsland and was more of a backup in case the Pixar deal didn't happen.
