Okay so it's my dream to become an Imagineer and I'm curious, what steps would I need to take to become one? I know it takes a lot of work and I'm willing. I just need someone to tell me what programs I need to look into and what steps I should take! Any help is appreciated. :)

Expand your horizons beyond Disney. There is no one set job of Imagineer, the title encompasses many varied and different fields. But there are very few people who will be hired young and stay there for the rest of their career like Tony Baxter, and because of the way the industry has changed those types of career paths are even rarer. It's a small industy and people move between projects and companies. Even if you are hired in, it could just be for a project and then you are laid off.

As lazyboy said, there is no one set job of Imagineer. Figure out what you love to do and how you can turn it into a career, then practice it like crazy. Read all the books, watch all the videos, start looking at the parks through a different perspective. Planning out your path to WDI is also useful. Most fields there require experience, maybe there is somewhere local you can apply your skills?

If WDI is where you want to work and you never stop trying then you will work there one day, it's hard work but very simple :)

Have a think what you want to do. It is true that people are hired project based, and need to look for work at the end of the project, but some people are full timers. :)
Sometimes you can get to work for a company who works with Disney.
Without giving too much away, that is what I get to do :D

There are different ways to work your way up. Part time job to start with. Or internship is worth considering - Disney offer these ever year.
