Bean counters vs. Disney parks

bit by bit I feel the Disney bean counters are removing the Disney feel or cheaping out to reduce cost and in essence changing the Disney parks to be ordinary.
Can we point out cost cutting changes that have been made around the parks,

I think ride maintenance, outsourcing of food locations to name a few,

We noticed it in June when we were at SWW. Run out of vaders cupcake, just stick him on olafs. Shameful.
