I have a couple of questions to ask that I don't the answers to.
1) Can you make reservations?
2) If so would you make one and eat there or just get an I've cream to take away?

Really? I've never had bad food there and we go at LEAST once every trip. Sure it's just burgers and stuff like that, but I'm not one that expects a steak dinner every night of my vacation. Each year, the restaurant becomes more and more popular so I would make reservations if I were you. The atmosphere is really fun too.

Reservations are helpful, without them you will be on standby for a seat at the counter. The food is good for what it is & the sundaes are huge. Atmosphere is good. This has become our day of arrival must do.

Yes, get a reservation. And if you like peanut butter and chocolate the No Way Jose is the way to go.

I went kinda late and got a No Way Jose to go. I ate it looking over the lake enjoying the view of the Boardwalk. Only problem was I did not have anyone to roll me back to my room when I was finished. Those things are huge!

The burgers and fries are terrible.... It's barley above Burger king and not close to five guys... the food stinks.

We are very picky and think the food is decent for burgers and fries. Maybe the atmosphere is altering our opinion. I have not eaten Burger King in at least 15 years so can't comment on that.

My family likes it so I'm not complaining. It's good that people like you don't like it though because it's hard enough to get a table as it is.

After 28 visits to WDW, this is the best burger you'll eat! Of course we are Welsh, so all your burgers taste great to us, but this stands out in the crowd.
