Beach Club, Yacht Club or Boardwalk Inn??

Which is a better resort....? I'm about to make a reservation for one of them. There are no children coming...we are looking for the most comfortable...maybe even the concierge.

They're actually fairly similar...

YC is a little "fancier"...farthest from Epcot but closer to the boat dock than the BC (or maybe it just seems that way ;) ). A little bit quieter, in my experience.

BC seems a little more laid back than the YC, closer to the International Gateway & the bridge to the Boardwalk.

Boardwalk is a lot of walking, since it stretches the entire side of the lake, and your room can very well be on the opposite side of the hotel from where you came in :) But there's always lots to do with all the restaurants & stuff, though it can get a tad noisy if you're on the Boardwalk side.

Rooms are fairly comparable between the 3--bed(s), bathroom, balcony. Hope this helps

We stayed at the Boardwalk Inn last summer and we had a room on the top floor right above the Flying Fish. We never heard a sound from the Boardwalk at all unless we went out onto the balcony. It was very nice to wander the Boardwalk early in the morning, but we found the food selections wanting (my family is a little picky when it comes to food). We loved walking over to EPCOT and taking the boat to MGM. We had dinner at the Yachtsman Steakhouse one evening then walked around the lake back to the Inn.

My biggest complaint was the bus service. It was shared by all the area resorts (all 5) and they were very crowded, many times there wer no seats and you had to stand or wait for the next bus. It was especially bad after EMH when everyone was trying to get back at once.

Thank you I just made a reservation at the YC...lagoon view i believe. I am extremely excited! :sohappy:....hhmmmm so the service isn't all that great :( well...we cancelled our reservation at the GF because lets face it the AP rates were not going to be released for July and we had a room booked at the normal rate...and if they are...it will be to late to make AR's...so I decided to pick another resort. We'll see how it goes  Thank you

I was disapointed with the boardwalk last year. I think it was the price vs quality. So you won't find me back anytime soon. Although I love being in that Epcot area so I would book BC or YC.
