Beach Club Villas view?

Does anybody know what the view will be like from the rooms at the Beach Club Villas?

Judging from the location of the current Beach Club rooms, I don't see how there'll be a view of anything but the back of the Beach Club from the new Villas.

Am I mistaken?

I'm getting ready to book this year's trip and I want to know what the deal is in case I can't get the Boardwalk.

Looks like some rooms will view Epcot (over the road) and others will view a pool area. But DVC reservations can tell you for sure.

Would also point out that even with a less-than-spectacular view, you have a great location there, between two theme parks, five resorts, restaurants, clubs, and shops. (Same as the Boardwalk, of course)
