Beach Club Studio Internet ?

Can anyone help me? InThe Beach Club Studios, is there internet available, I want to bring a laptop,Type of connection? Speed? Cost?

According to the DVC member site, BC doesn't have internet access. For your sake, I hope I'm wrong. Call them and check.

All Disney resort rooms, including DVC, have ethernet cable internet access. The outlet is usually near the table in hotel rooms and DVC studios. There is an ethernet cable hanging in a bag in the closet. Just plug in, boot up, open browser, and go. You will be charged $9.99 per 24 hour period. We usually check email one evening and next morning and then skip a day to cut the costs down.

If you don't bring your own ethernet cable you might have to hunt a bit for the one in the room - at POR I found it in the safe...

The Internet?

Personally...when I'm away from home on business, I'll take my laptop. When I go to WDW, or anywhere else on vacation, I leave that thing at home. I carry two cell phones while I'm on the clock as well. My personal phone, and my work phone. When I'm on vacation I prefer to leave the work phone at home, and the personal phone in the room safe. I won't wear a watch either...that's just me...:shrug:

So I take it WIFI is out, too bad you would figure with it so close to Epcot and Walts vision of the future they could at least be up to date with WIFI Internet.
