Do you think there is any way I can get a dinner reservation at Be Our Guest and a breakfast reservation at Akershus for 15 with only 90 days notice? The extended family isn't being cooperative.

In a word - no.

I have a party of 5, and at 180 days out, there was no availability at BOG for dinner (we did get a lunch -- for 180 +7 days, but that was the earliest it was available for our dates). We got a dinner reservation at Akershus for 180+2 days, but by 90 days out, that date was booked solid at Akershus for all meals. (You WILL have better luck with getting an ADR for breakfast than most other meals, but 90 days cuts it a bit close for comfort.)

There's always a possibility of somebody canceling -- but given the size of your party, it would take a lot of cancellations to make it happen. I would make ADRs wherever you can right now, and keep everyone in your party abreast of the cancellation and no-show policies so people know how long they might have to get on board, or not.

You might try the Restaurant Reservation Finder at touringplans.com. You need to register on the site, but you don't need to pay any money to use the tool. But then, it's asking a lot to find a rez for 15 only 3 months out.

Love a little Disney every day!! ;)
For a large party of 15 it's best to call and not do any booking online. They say over 10 to call. Try calling the worst that can keep happening is getting a no. Good luck. ;)

Honestly if it were me and I had all my trip in order before the 180 day mark and the rest of the party did not, I would book my dining for where I wanted and when I wanted and tell the rest of the group if they couldn't get in at that time when they get around to making their own reservations then we would just meet back up after everyone gets their meals eaten. I wouldn't let other people drag down my children's and my vacation because they are dragging their feet. Its just too special for us.

Don't wait unt
90 days. Make them at 180 days out even if your don't have your resort reservation yet and cancel up to 24 hours before if it doesn't work out. I think you are thinking you can't make dining until you have your resort reservation and that isn't the case.
