Be Our Guest ADRs

[Howdy]

Is it likely that Disney will release a definitive opening date for Be Our Guest early enough for ADRs to be obtained, or will it just be a mad dash at the very end? We're going 9/30-10/6, and although I know that it is unlikely, I would love for it to be opened already and surprise my wife with an ADR there on her birthday.

I know that nobody has any date information yet, but does anyone have insight as to when they would officially start taking ADRs?

If I recall correctly, when Via Napoli opened it was walk-ups only for a couple weeks before they started taking ADR's.

So they may do something similar with BOG. But no telling really until Disney announces more.
