Bay lake tower theme park view

I am thinking about a theme park view for my next visit. I love great views. Is it worth it.

If views are important to you, then YES it's worth it!! We had an MK view and watched Wishes from our bed!

YES! Great views of MK. Wishes music is played on the room TV. Pull some chairs up to the big window and enjoy. Wishes from the roof top lounge is also amazing. You can go out on the roof or watch from the lounge.

How much time do you spend in your room. If your not in there much it might not be worth it.

IMO, the water is a better view than the park, but I'm in the minority there.

If you really want it and you are willing to pay for it, then it is worth it. If it means stealing from the kids' college fund, it isn't worth it, KWIM?

Not a lot but we do love just to look sometimes and relax. Had a savanna view at AKL lodge and loved it.

Well, if money really isn't a problem, then yes- go for it! I've always wanted just to go back to my room, sit w/ a drink, and watch Wishes! right from my room! Sigh.

My only complaint was I got a MK view room on the 3rd floor which wasn't high enough for me. I begged for a higher room, but it was booked solid. The views were still great.

When I stayed at BLT, I had a lake view and I wasn't thrilled. The back side is a "C" so directly across from me was the other "arm" of the C. I had to turn to my left to actually see the view. It felt WAY too exposed with way too many other rooms in my direct line of sight. Had I realized, I would have upgraded to the park view. The view from that side by the elevator was amazing and I was bummed I didn't spend the extra for it once I saw it. So if it's an option, I would definitely go for Park view!
