As we could focus on a prequel to Who Framed Roger Rabbit, as we will focus on Judge Doom's origins as he used to be Baron Von Rotten used to be a good guy and who was be a Toon actor who played alot of villians in cartoon shorts in early 1920s to early 1940s until during WWII as he played one of villians during the parade march scene when he got blowed up by exploding grenade as he ended up in the hospital as he was revealed as half toon and half human, he was going to steal alot of money at Toontown's first National Bank as Teddy and Eddie will start to chasing him down into the streets of Toontown until his brother, Teddy got crushed and killed by a giant piano from Judge Doom. This was based on comic novel, Roger Rabbit: The Resurrection of Doom.

I think we need a young actor who will play Baron Von Rotten aka Judge Doom.

Any ideas guys?
I don't know, but I had read in a draft of the movie's script (circa 1986) that Von Rotten apparently played the role of Man in "Bambi", and as such he was the one who killed Bambi's mother. Here's what the script says:

ROGER RABBIT: (to Eddie Valiant) Gee, you shamuses are a tough audience, but what happened to you that was so dark, lurid, embittering?

VALIANT: You wanna know? Well, since you're so g*****n curious, I'll tell ya. One of you Toons killed my brother.

ROGER: A Toon? Noooo.

VALIANT: Yeah, a Toon. It was the guy who killed Bambi's mother.

ROGER: Him? Oh, he was vile, heinous, despicable... a smear on the drafting board.

VALIANT: Yeah, everybody thought so. But me and Teddy got a kick out of Toons. All Toons. We couldn't see the bad in 'em. And when this guy was accused of knockin' over the First National Bank of Toontown, we took his case. But when we looked into it, we found out he did do it after all. We went to his house to take him in. But he was wise. He got the drop on us... literally.

ROGER: (wincing) Safe?

VALIANT: Piano. Guy got away, disappeared into Toontown. Nobody ever saw him again.

I think this is scene where Baron Von Rotten will gonna steal muitiplane camera in Maroon Studios in 1942.

SECURITY: and what the hell are you doing sir?

BARON VON ROTTEN: Um, I have plans...with RK Maroon? I have new plans for my new role for new cartoons?

SECURITY: ...oooohhhh okkkayyy.. You'll go in but don't do any stupid this time, Mr. Rotten.

Baron walks into the gates into the studio lot.

SECURITY: I've should hire Bongo the Gorilla do this job instead. Mr. Maroon is not gonna like this all.

Baron slides and zoom like Road Runner as he climbing into the soundstages as some Toons are talking each other for chatting.
As Felix the Cat gets called from Goofy during World War II era.

GOOFY: Gawsh, pal. Did Mr. Baron Von Rotten has plans tonight?

FELIX: Geez, Goofy. Back in 1935, I talk to your friend, Mickey Mouse about his latest short, as he told me Baron Von Rotten used to played some bad villians in many cartoons. I heard he stoled the animation stuff last night.

GOOFY: Even Warner Brothers won't let him as new villians even five years ago during Porky Pig cartoon as he slipped into the ice of mountains ago. (gets blasted by Nazis) Gotta go! I have to deal with these bad guys to deal with it! So long pal!

As we will see Bambi and Thumper are talking with Walt Disney as Dumbo flew into Baron Von Rotten as he dodging from him.

BARON VON ROTTEN: Godd**n that flying toon elephant! Watcha you goin', you idiot!
(grabs ACME TNT dynamite) Take this you dumb Toon!

Baron uses his TNT as he throws it at Dumbo as TNT exploded him as we see Dumbo as black face as he falls down into squash Baby Herman.

BABY HERMAN: Ugh. Stupid elephant fall me AGAIN!

BARON VON ROTTEN: Stupid annoying flying elephant, no more flying elephants tonight. That would be nice gag trick for next circus act. (evil laughs)

Here is Baron Von Rotten was working on his latest cartoon in 1930, even Mickey Mouse would show up to meet him in Hollywood.

BARON VON ROTTEN: Listen up, my Toon stars. Are you ready for my new cartoon?

CRAZY FOX: Heck ya, even that Felix the Cat has his chances to doing his new acts.

RICKY RAT: If Eddie Valiant show up with his brother, I think their circus act would be funny if we are acting as new stars.

BARON VON ROTTEN: Don't worry, Ricky. Valiant brothers would love my new cartoon if I made it.
Even that Hollywood needs more attention. I heard Marvin Acme was holding a big comedy act in downtown Toontown.

RICKY RAT: Speaking of which, my pal, Mickey Mouse came back from the studio for lunch with Walt Disney.
(sees Mickey) Hi, Mickey. How's your movie career for new cartoon?

MICKEY: Well, Rick. During filming my new cartoon, "The Chain Gang". That Peg Leg Pete loses his temperature as he felling into the woods as he lost his leg until he has a fake leg. Get it? Gosh, that was funny! (laughs)

BARON VON ROTTEN: Looks like we got a funny Toon mouse who was going to pain in my a** again.
By the way, Mick. I heard your girlfriend is signing up for the fashion contest in Los Angeles tomorrow.

MICKEY: You mean Minnie? Actually Minnie and Clarabelle are shopping to pick up my new clothes for next short at Toontown Shop N' Dime store.

CLIFFORD THE DUCK: Does this guy owns his dime afterall, folks?

MICKEY: What a joke. I've seen Oswald the Lucky Rabbit since Universal took him away from Disney.

CRAZY FOX: Me either.

BARON VON ROTTEN: Seven years ago back in 1923 when I was in Kansas City for my first career, Mr. Walt Disney came by asked me about my first villian role for my first cartoon. Even he was working on his cartoon series, Alice's Alice in Wonderland
at Laugh-O-Gram studio. Even Felix made his appearance later for few years later.

MICKEY: Wow. You are really in your luck for next decades. I hear RK Maroon is going to have his own plans to building his movie studio maybe a few years. Well, I'll better aheading back to the studio for my next cartoon. See you real soon!

Mickey walks away as he went back to Walt Disney's studios. Baron Von Rotten walks into his studio as he lights his cigars
as he reads the newspaper, it reads WALT DISNEY GETS READY FOR HIS NEW CARTOON OF THE FUTURE.

BARON VON ROTTEN: Boys, we are going to make this history!
