Hi Can any one tell me how late the shop is open on nights of the halloween party

yes it is the one in Magic Kingdom across the street from the fire station house

The Harmony Barbershop closes at 5:00 daily. (though I believe the last haircut is taken at 4:30)

Just to add to Captain Hank's response, the Harmony Barber Shop does not stay open later for special events.
