balconies at the contemporary

I've always stayed in the Tower... where every room has a balcony, or the first floor of a wing... which has a nice patio out to a lawn (often waterfront). I think the upper floors of the wings have balconies... but if you're at the point of making a reservation, someone at 407 WDW-DISNEY can tell you for certain.

Not all of the Comtemporary rooms have a balcony. Some of the Deluxe rooms don't have and I'm not sure about the Garden Wings, but I checked this page: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/waltdisneyworld/resorts/rooms/roomgroupingindex?id=CONTRoomGrping and if you look at the very below of it you'll what the warning says.
