Bags VIP? My previous post removed?

Hi all
I made a post a few minutes ago and it was removed. I was asking about experiences with the Bags VIP service.
Is this not the right forum for that? I just wanted to see how it worked and if there are problems using it.

I saw this reply in my email "Shameful attempt at "viral marketing" is shameful." and I have no idea what that means, then the thread was removed.

FWIW, the parent company of Bags VIP (Bags, Inc.) has a dismal reputation on Yelp (with reviews covering several of its services, including luggage handling, checkin, and valet services). I'd be wary.

Of course, my usual, off-topic caveat on this subject (as someone who's had loved ones experience loss of bags, and theft from bags, at airports) is: before paying more for someone to move your bags around, and if waiting for bags at baggage claim is a hassle you'd rather not undergo on vacation, seriously consider simply packing lighter. The ease and freedom of traveling carryon-only, as we have with our kids since they were 4 and 6 (when they delighted in having their own little wheelie bags to roll around), cannot be understated. We're able to fit all the clothes, toiletries, snacks and accessories we need for a week in Orlando into a single 21" carryon for each of us, and we never have to worry about our bags getting delayed, lost, or tampered-with. Of course, to do it, you really have to whittle your packing list down to what you absolutely need, and I know some people find more stress in not being able to throw in extra stuff than in leaving it out. It's not for everyone, but I always recommend that travelers at least consider it -- especially when they get to the point where their luggage becomes a burden.

Pre-COVID, wasn't Bags, Inc responsible for the luggage handling component of Disney's Magical Express? At least sorting the luggage at the airport and getting it delivered to each resort's Bell Services for distribution? and then the return to the airport as well?
